I absolutely LOVE Bump and new-born photography sessions! Those tiny little toes, cheeky smiles (or wind but who’s checking) and baby back rolls. It’s all just too cute! Babies are not tiny for very long, so capturing them during those first few precious days is all that much more important to us. By the time you settle at home, get into your routine and think about new-born photographs, its often too late.
My mission is to provide you with beautiful, timeless images of your little angel to treasure for ever. I’ve found that baby’s first 3 weeks (2 weeks if possible) is THE best time for those cute sleepy poses, so we strongly advise either booking in advance or as soon as the little one arrives as spaces are limited.

Your Newborn shoot
New-born photography session will take place in the comfort my studio at Winscombe.
I have a selection of baskets, blankets, bowls and other props which you may have seen in some of our previous sessions.
The new-born session itself can last anywhere from 1hr up to 1hr 30mins for any babies who are light sleepers, or just too cute for us to stop taking pics.
During your new-born session, we try our very best to get at least two different sets, and if we are super lucky, a third or some pics of yourselves with baby. The poses we get can depend entirely on the little one on the day. Some prefer to be on their side/back/front while others are so fast asleep.

YOUR QUESTIONS
When should I book my new-born portraits?
The ideal time for new-born photography is just 5-10 days after baby is born – or under three weeks if that is not possible.
How long do new-born portraits take?
Depending on your chosen package, your new-born portrait session will last between 1-2hrs hours.
My baby is already born – Am I too late?
If your baby is already born please contact us as soon as possible – we cannot promise to fit you in at short notice, but we will check our schedule and let you know as soon as possible.
If your baby is already older than 2 weeks, we can still take some beautiful baby pictures for you, but these may not be quite the same style as our super-curly posed week old new-born’s.
How long before i RECEIVE my images?
